1. Fair Participation

All fans are welcome to participate in any active Bhandara on OnlineBhandara.in. Participation must be done honestly — no automated scripts, bots, or fraudulent activity is permitted. Multiple fake accounts or attempts to manipulate scratch card outcomes will result in immediate ban.

2. No Fraud Policy

Any attempt to fraudulently obtain multiple gifts, reuse expired coupons, or impersonate sponsors will lead to permanent suspension and potential legal action. Sponsors have the right to reject coupon redemptions that they suspect to be fraudulent.

3. Scratch Card Rules

Each device is allowed one scratch attempt per Bhandara per calendar day. Winning is randomised and not guaranteed. Coupon codes won are valid only on the respective sponsor's website / store and subject to that sponsor's own terms. Coupons issued through scratch cards have a limited stock — once exhausted, no more wins can be claimed for that Bhandara.

4. Sponsor Obligations

Sponsor brands must honour every coupon listed on their Bhandara page during the active period. Sponsors must provide valid contact details, working website URLs, and offer details. Misleading offers, expired codes or non-honouring of advertised discounts will lead to removal from the platform without refund.

5. Content & Conduct

All users — fans and sponsors alike — must engage respectfully on the platform and through the contact channels. Abusive, hateful, or offensive language toward staff or sponsors will result in immediate ban. Sponsors' creatives must follow Indian advertising guidelines and avoid misleading claims.

6. Updates to Rules

OnlineBhandara.in reserves the right to update these Rules & Regulations at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, marked with the updated date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of revised rules.
